Thanks for ordering from us. Your in good hands we have shipped tens of thousands of orders to our customers around the world.
We will get your items out to you as quickly as possible, but please remember that all our products are individually made once your order is submitted. Orders placed over the weekend will not be processed until the following week. We ask for your patience at times, such as around public holidays or during sale when the volume of orders significantly increases. Orders for multiple items will be shipped together. Please send us an email if you have any questions about your order. Do not use social media for order enquiries.
UK customers: All our orders are sent via Royal Mail First Class 24. This service is trackable and provides us with confirmation upon delivery. Estimated delivery is the next working day after dispatch.
International customers: All orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked/Signed. Royal Mail aim to deliver to Europe within 3-5 working days and Worldwide within 5-7 working days. We are happy to provide tracking information upon request. Please note that International orders may be subject to customs inspections and import taxes. This is usually based on the value of items and is out of our control and is to be paid by you. We advise contacting your customs office to find out if charges apply.
In the unlikely event that your order does not arrive within the above timescales please email us and we will advise. Please note at this point we will contact Royal Mail to begin a complaints procedure and will only reissue/refund after we have their confirmation. As many of our items sell out quickly a refund may be the only option available at this point.
Please check your order as soon as it arrives and report any breakages or faults immediately.
