We are confident you will be happy with your purchase but understand there may be reasons you wish to return an item. Our returns policy is outlined below. You have 14 days from the date you received your order to inform us. If 14 days has passed we cannot accept a return. Personalised items are made to each customers specifications and so are non-refundable. Exchanges are only available on defected or damaged items. Due to our order processes we are not able to offer exchanges on any other items.
To return an item please follow the instructions below:
- You must first contact us firstname.lastname@example.org with details of your return including name, order number and reason for your refund request.
- We will acknowledge your request and forward you our returns form and address. Please note items must be unworn/unused and be in the exact condition when purchased.
- Return the item/s, including the returns form within the parcel, as soon as possible. We must receive the item/s within 14 days from your first email. The items are your responsibility until they are delivered to us, so it is important that you use a trackable delivery service and retain proof of postage. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Each returned item is inspected before a refund is issued. Please note acceptance of returns is the discretion of Hally Designs. Original postage and packaging costs will be deducted from the refund amount unless the return is due to a fault or error. Please note if you have made a purchase using a discount code but not returned the full order, the refund amount will reflect the discounted unit price. If your return has been approved a refund will be processed via your original payment method. You will receive a notification of this action.
