Returns and Exchanges

We are confident you will be happy with your purchase but understand there may be reasons you wish to exchange or return an item.  Our policy is outlined below.  You have 14 days from the date you received your order to inform us. If 14 days has passed we cannot accept a return or exchange request. Personalised items are made to each customers specifications and so are non-refundable.  

To exchange or return an item please follow the instructions below:

  1. You must first contact us contact@hallydesigns.com with your details including name, order number and reason for your exchange or refund request.
  2. We will acknowledge your request and forward you details of the next steps. Please note items must be unworn/unused and be in the exact condition when purchased.
  3. Return the item/s as soon as possible. We must receive the item/s within 14 days.  The items are your responsibility until they are delivered to us, so it is important that you use a trackable delivery service and retain proof of postage. You are responsible for return shipping costs. 

Each returned item is inspected before a refund is issued or exchange arranged.  Please note this is at our discretion. Original postage and packaging costs will be deducted from the refund amount unless the return is due to a fault or error.   If your return has been approved a refund will be processed via your original payment method.  You will receive a notification of this action.  Please allow time for the funds to appear in your bank or PayPal account. If your exchange includes clothing this can take up to 14 working days to be produced as per our original guidelines for made to order items.  Any queries please email us.
